At NoirForest, each phone case is thoughtfully crafted with nature-inspired artwork—printed on demand just for you. Because every piece is made to order, we keep a focused and fair returns policy.

1. Made-to-Order Items

All of our phone cases are created specifically for each customer. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect model selection (e.g., wrong phone type)
Preference changes (design, color, or style)
Ordering mistakes

We encourage you to double-check your phone model and chosen design before placing your order.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your case arrives:

Damaged in transit
With a printing defect
Incorrect (wrong item or design)

We’ll make it right with a free replacement or full refund.

To request support, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos showing the problem

3. Refunds & Replacements

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

You may choose between a replacement case or a refund
Refunds are issued to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
4. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production begins quickly, orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this window, your case is already in production and cannot be modified.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Packages marked as delivered but not received

If your package is lost or delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier. If you need help, we’re always here to assist.
