At NoirForest, every item is made to order. This allows us to create high-quality products just for you while minimizing waste and overproduction.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed and produced within 2–5 business days.
Since each item is made on demand, production begins shortly after your order is placed. Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays or high-volume periods.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
3. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times (after production):
United States: 7-10 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
6. Multiple Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different production facilities. You may receive multiple tracking numbers.
7. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to update your address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
